Please read through the following information so you know what to expect this season.
If your player earned an Ice Cream Drip ring and you registered them by the deadline, we will ship this automatically as well as any other sign up bonuses or rings included with your package. Moving forward every time your player makes the Dudes of the Week list, they earn another Ice Cream Drip ring. After we have posted the lists for all age groups for the week, we will activate a link inside of your players locker room that you can use to order their ring each time, typically this will be on Friday. You will only pay shipping/handling for these, any earned rings are free if ordered by the deadline. You will have until Monday at midnight each week to order the rings before the link will be deactivated. Once the link expires that week, you will not be able to get that ring for free so be sure you are checking each week for your players name and ordering those on time. If you miss your window to order your ring you can go to the store and still purchase it at half price using the discount code icecream50.
If your team does not submit their stats to us we strongly encourage you to ask them to do so for your player. This will ensure your player gets their points every time they play regardless. We score as many tournaments as we can each week but we can’t score them all. The points are cumulative throughout the season and players can earn bonus points for the World Series based on their rank. If your team already submits then be sure to look for your player on the Team MVP list each week and they can get a free MVP ring. A discount code is provided when we post the list.
If you registered with the $95 ring package and you want to play in the tournaments, you have two options. You can upgrade to either the MVP or GOAT package. Your original $95 goes towards the cost of the package and you only pay the difference. This is what we recommend if you plan to purchase game jerseys or play in more than one tournament as they both include two custom jerseys and either 2 or unlimited tournaments. The other option would be to add a tournament a la carte, both options are available in the FPB store.
We encourage you to register for tournaments at least a month in advance of the date. If you want to join a tournament with two weeks or less prior to the date, please reach out to us to confirm availability. We cannot guarantee open spots that close to a tournament regardless of the package you purchased. We need time to form the teams and ensure everyone has a great experience.
If you need to sign up for a tournament, change a tournament or cancel a tournament you can find these options under the tournament info tab on our website.** Please note cancellation of a tournament with 2 weeks or less before the date also incurs a $50 cancellation fee due to the time it takes to rework the teams and find replacement players** Please do not register for a tournament unless you plan to attend, it’s not fair to the kids that do show up ready to play and have a good time. We know unforeseen emergencies can arise and we ask that you notify us as soon as possible in those situations.
We will post lists and send emails to confirm attendance 2 weeks prior to tournaments. Please make sure you registered with an email you will have access to for information regarding tournaments. If you need to change your email you can send that info to fpbtournaments@gmail.com and we will change the email, we use to communicate. We will post schedules and rosters the week of the tournament and this also gets emailed out to everyone as well as parent info, tournament rules etc…You will meet your team at the field the first day of the tournament and park info will be located under dates and locations on the website.
